Bookings & Payments

All tour reservations must be confirmed with a valid payment method. Prices are subject to change without notice. Bookings are non-transferable unless approved by Aloha Hawaii Tours.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.

Aloha Hawaii Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour due to weather, safety concerns, or operational needs. Customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Liability & Safety

By participating in our tours, guests acknowledge and assume all risks associated with outdoor activities in Hawaii, including but not limited to weather, ocean conditions, and wildlife. Aloha Hawaii Tours and its affiliates are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages beyond the scope of our insurance coverage.

Guests are required to follow guide instructions and safety protocols at all times.
